Uji, Kyoto
Home of shade-grown tencha and the finest ceremonial matcha. We work with the Okumura family, who have farmed here since 1880.
Shizuoka
Japan's largest tea-growing region. Our sencha and genmaicha come from mountain farms at 400m elevation, where cool air slows growth and deepens flavor.
Kyoto Roasters
Our hojicha is slow-roasted in small batches over charcoal by artisans who've spent decades mastering the temperature curves that build depth without bitterness.
